Is fuerteventura worth visiting?

Yes,
I have no doubt.
Whether you are traveling in a group or alone, it is always worth visiting Fuerteventura.
If you doubt it because the type of trip you are taking raises some doubts, I can give you some indications of how I see the island based on the characters of the people who visit it.
So you can choose a trip as a couple.
…And I hope I am not wrong.
I fell in love with El cotillo because it is so quiet and has a feeling of peace.
I met couples here (especially young ones) who exuded a sense of serenity and calm.
Corralejo has a bit more nightlife and clubs, and it may be more suitable if you are a couple who want to spend all day and maybe evenings late into the night.
The main town of Puerto del Rosario has a lot to offer, such as stores and restaurants.
I have to say that I met young and older couples here too.
Further south is Caleta de Fuste, which is very touristy but does not have beaches like Sotavento in Costa Calma. This area is perfect for romantic walks away from it all, with the charm of the low tide and the beauty of the landscape of the Jandia peninsula.
In Morro Jable you are in a former fishing village with many stores and a long walk along the beach promenade.
On a dirt road (also by bus if you do not want to rent a car) you can reach the end of the world with the last village of Puertito del La Cruz 20 km away. Or the wild Playa de Cofete on the other side off course!

In short, it’s always worth it if you want to spend time with your loved one.
