When it comes to good food, Fuerteventura, the Canary Islands and all of mainland Spain have nothing to envy to anyone. Wherever you go you will find excellent quality products, Mediterranean recipes and many good things that will delight you.

Although it is difficult to find just 5 dishes or delicacies to try when you are in Fuerteventura, we have tried to include a few, so that you know your way around your (culinary) journey between restaurants.
It is clear that in future trips this list will get longer as we try new foods and delights from Fuerteventura and traditional Canarian dishes.
