In the month of November, Antigua Activa is offering three relaxation workshops in Antigua.
- These are three free and different workshops where you can learn to relax, breathe, relieve and even eliminate anxiety.
- Registration for each course will remain open until all places are filled.
- The three relaxation workshops will take place every Monday in November from 5pm to 7pm at Casino Antigua: on November 13 “Useful exercises to treat anxiety”, on November 20 “Learning to relax at home” and on November 27 “Relaxation techniques and methods”.
The Municipality of Antigua, Sports Department, maintains the Antigua Activa training program throughout the year, which aims to promote healthy habits and means of nutrition, posture or, as in this case, relaxation, to ensure the well-being of each participant, not only because each workshop is taught, but also because they learn the means to apply the techniques and knowledge anywhere and anytime.
Promoting sports and healthy techniques in all age groups means promoting a healthy community where healthy sports, team or individual, are the most common recreational alternative. For this reason, and to facilitate the participation of the majority of the municipality’s residents, we maintain free registration in schools, courses and workshops.
For the three relaxation workshops, prior registration is required via the registration desk at the Antigua Town Hall, at the Mayor’s Office in Caleta de Fuste or via the electronic office on the website www.ayto-antigua.es
The relaxation workshops are organized by the sports department of the municipality of Antigua under the direction of Jesús Medina and are supported by the municipality of Fuerteventura.
