The Gran Tarajal Carnival ’24 program has been revealed, sparking much excitement in the Tuineje Municipality scheduled from February 29th to March 10th in the ten-day celebration you can’t miss.

Carnival Schedule

Thursday, February 29

  • 09:00 am CHILDREN’S PARADE with schools in the municipality of Tuineje
  • 8:00 pm PREGON by Paca Cecilia López Cabrera “La Choronga”
  • 9:00 pm GROUPS MEETING CHOREOGRAPHISTS with: BALLET STYLO, ACA-LAURA CERDENA DANCE DEMIA, SUPER YEYAS WITH PREMIUM GROUP, 5 SENTIDOS ACADEMY, among others.

Friday, March 1

  • 8:30 pm MURGAS MUNICIPAL COMPETITION with LAS CHORONGAS, LOS CUCA LIBRES E LAS CHICHIFLADAS, in addition to having the murga for children LAS PIZPIRETAS, the murga guest LAS SARGORIAS and the chirimurga NADA AS YO
  • 00:00 VERBENA with DJ DILANESTIBEN e K.LIBRE group.

Saturday, March 2

  • 2:30 pm CARNIVAL DAY with the performance of DJ NAUPE, DJ THE BIG A, DJ SAÚL DÍAZ, 5 EN CLAVE, QUE CHIMBA, NUEVO KLAN, IVAN CACU & ORQUESTA.
  • 00:00 VERBENA with STAR MUSIC ORCHESTRA AND KANDELA. During the festival, the best individual costumes awarded, by couples, and groups will be highlighted.

Sunday, March 3

  • 5:00 pm CHILDREN’S GALA with a performance of various dance groups of the Municipality.

Tuesday, March 5

  • 7:00 pm SENIOR CARNIVAL GALA, at the Senior Center, with performances by murga and choice of the most suitable costume.

Wednesday, March 6

  • 5:00 pm STREET CARNIVAL, with performance of the Murgas, groups choreography, body makeup and more in different locations of Tran Tran Square

Thursday, March 7

  • 9:00 pm APPEARANCE MEETING with the participation of the batucada TIMBAYE and of appearances: GRIMANESA DEI CHILDREN, GRIMANESA OF ADULTS, KIRUMBA, BAHIA BER-IMBAO AND AFROBORIKE.

Friday, March 8

  • 9:00 pm GALA DE LA REINA Carnival 2023, with the performance of: BATUCADA TIMBAYE, MURGA WINNER OF THE COMPETITION MUNICIPALITY, CHOREOGRAPHIC GROUPS, COMPARSAS, DRAGS, among other things. During the gala, the allegory of the will be chosen Carnival 2025.
  • 00:00 Verbena with N-Klave and Kandela

Saturday, March 9

  • 5:00 pm GRAN COSO CARNEVALERO with departure from Cristobal Garcia school Blairzy.
  • 10:00 pm VERBENA with ORCHESTRA JACOMAR, NUEVO KLAN AND LATINO MAMBO

Sunday, March 10
