The Fem, Fuerteventura en Musica, consists not only of two days of concerts on the beach, but also of many smaller events that take place during the festival weekend in El Cotillo.

Parade from the public square in El Cotillo to La Concha beach with the Plunger Dixie Band

6. July

• 12.00 of the clock in the afternoon Public square of El Cotillo
  Canarian percussion workshop El Muellito area
• 1.00 hrs: Subtropical papaya session with DJ “El yeye“;
• 2.00 h: Percussion and African dance workshop;
• 3.00 h: Recycling workshops for children;
• 3.00 h: Subtropical papaya session with DJ “Sudakita”;
• 4.00 hrs: Concert by “Los Hnos.Thioune“;
• 5.00 hrs: Zamundance by Jery y Alvarito;
• 6.00 h: Concert with “Son de Aquí y Allá“

How to go to the Fem by Bus

The Cabildo of Fuerteventura has organised a special bus service for the event for the entire weekend.
The outward and return journey to Fuerteventura en Musica is possible by bus from the main towns in the north of the island.

Puerto del Rosario-Corralejo-El Cotillo
with stops in Puerto Lajas, Parque Holandés, Los Hoteles, Corralejo, Corralejo Bahia Lobos, Tamaragua, Lajares and El Roque

Departure times: Outward journey: 7.15 p.m., 9.30 p.m., 11.00 p.m
return journey: 2.00 am, 3.45 am, 4.45 am

Line B

Los Estancos – El Cotillo
10.00 hrs: Departure from Puerto del Rosario bus station, with stops in Los Estancos, Tetir, Tindaya, Villaverde, La Oliva and El Roque.
Return journey, El Cotillo – Los Estancos (with final stop at Puerto del Rosario bus station) 11.00 p.m. and 2.00 a.m
