2025 Fuerteventura Carnival Dates & Themes

The first dates of the 2025 Fuerteventura carnivals have appeared in the past few days.
As all the municipalities of the island publish their Carnival programs, we will update you on this.

But let’s go in order:

Puerto del Rosario

The carnival in Puerto del Rosario will take place from 21 February 2025 to 9 March.
The 4th of March marks Shrove Tuesday.
The citizens of the capital of Fuerteventura have chosen an allegory. They selected “Los juguetes y el mundo animado” (Games and the animated world) as this year’s theme for 2025.

Corralejo Carnival 2025

As far as the Carnival of Corralejo and its villages is concerned, we can only give you the allegory “La India: el Carnaval del Color” (India: the Carnival of Colors).
The Corralejo Carnival usually takes place in the month of March.

Tetir (Puerto del Rosario Municipality)

The daily Carnival of Tetir already has a date for 2025.
On April 12th in the white village on the hills around the Capital, there will be the traditional White Carnival.
Music and lots of fun and, please, only white clothes.
